chore: 切换为香港繁体本地化版本，优化构建配置

1.  全局替换简体中文文本为香港繁体本地化译文
2.  新增pnpm-workspace.yaml配置esbuild构建允许项
3.  vite.config中启用esbuild压缩并移除注释
4.  调整页脚联系方式与公司名称为香港本地格式
